LCM Module Production line

The company has built two LCM production lines, and the production environment is a thousand-level dust-free workshop. It covers an area of about 650 square meters, including 50 meters for the L1 line and 48 meters for the L3 line. The standard production capacity of a single production line can reach 300+ units/hour.

● Adopt new modern automatic line body, L1 line 312m, L2 line 274m, one board and two machines, Reduce offline turnover links and ensure online aging; use automatic/semi-automatic production and testing equipment to improve product quality and production efficiency while maximizing investment and benefits; 
● The standard production capacity of L1 line displays is 320 units/hour, the fastest line body is 10S/beat, and the maximum capacity of aging line is 252 units. 
● The standard production capacity of L2 line displays is 220 units/hour, the fastest line body is 10S/beat, and the maximum capacity of aging line is 336 units.
